Prioritisation

Determining of priorities of the major projects will be mostly dependant on whether it's something that requires collaboration with other dev teams, and team member availability. I would prioritise getting rid of toil and complexity and Tooling which will allow teams to take ownership over their services. Enabling devs in their workflow to reduce iteration time, and or add QoL improvements would come shortly after that, as well as devops QoL improvements like managed services.
