How do you expect the team to change over the next few years?

Recruitment

I hope to add more people to the team, probably focusing on Sweden/United Kingdom. However depending on the organisation's needs we might need to consider other locations down the line.

Since the learning curve at devops is likely steeper than in other roles i think the following characteristics/values should be given more importance during the recruiting process:

  • Expected time to get started

  • Pleasure to work with

  • An area specialisation complementing the team (preferred)

Knowledge sharing

We currently invest in knowledge sharing and pairing where possibly which is a trend I wish to continue. We should however invest in better documentation which would benefit all devs.
